About Us
Exela Pharma Sciences is an award-winning integrated specialty pharmaceutical company in Western North Carolina, USA. Established in 2005, first as a Contract Research Organization (CRO), and in 2008 transitioned to a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Today we provide both high-quality CDMO services and over two dozen of our own Exela labeled finished drug products to customers ranging from Fortune 500 pharma companies to the local hospital.
Our end-to-end capabilities and services include those of a fully integrated pharmaceutical company, from the development of drug substances to the marketing of finished drug products and all activities in between. Our regulatory filings include NDAs and ANDAs. We also participate in drug-shortage-driven 503B offerings to alleviate nationwide critical shortages of sterile injections.
